Aloha Beach Camp is a Zuma Beach Malibu Surf Camp Program for Kids and Teens

Three Age-Appropriate Malibu Surf Camp Programs

Aloha Beach Camp is one of the top surf camps in Malibu, California. When you sign up for Aloha Beach Camp, you'll choose from 3 age-appropriate programs under the Aloha Beach Camp name.
• Keiki Camp is for our youngest campers ages 4 to 7
•
Kahuna Camp is for the middle-age set between 8 and 11 years old
• And the
High Action Camp is for our oldest kids 12 to 15

Aloha Beach Camp's Malibu Surf Camp is Safe and fun!

Camp director and surfing instructor John Richardson teaches camper Matthew S. how to surf at Aloha Beach Camp's Malibu Surf Camp at Zuma Beach.
Our staff will be with your child at all times in the ocean, holding their surfboard for guidance and support while offering instruction every step of the way.
All three of Aloha's Malibu surf camp programs offer more than 200 safe and fun beach activities including surfing lessons at world-famous Zuma and Paradise Cove Beaches in Malibu, California. The Keiki Camp surf camp takes place at Paradise Cove predominately, with occasional field trips to Zuma Beach. The Kahuna and High Action surf camp take place at Zuma Beach.

We've chosen to operate our surf camps in Malibu because local lifeguards say its one of the best places for kids to learn to surf.
The Pacific Ocean's gentle surf, clean water, soft sandy bottom and consistent wave activity will leave your child wanting more. And because Aloha Beach Camp is part of the  Billabong Surf Camp network, your camper will experience quality surfing instruction with dynamic curriculum and safety-first attitude you won't find anywhere else

So whether your child is learning to surf for the first time or looking to pick up tips from the pros, Aloha Beach Camp's Malibu surf camp is your #1 summer solution!

More about Aloha Beach Camp's Malibu Surf Camp Program

How Often Do the Kids Go Surfing?

Aloha Beach Camp kids go surfing every day we're at the beach. Generally that means every Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, plus some select Thursdays. (On Wednesdays, the High Action and Kahuna Camp campers visit Castaic Lake for boating, jet skiing, tubing and wakeboarding activities while Keiki Campers learn to surf at Paradise Cove, Zuma Beach, or other L.A. beach locations.)

You can view the daily activity schedules for all three programs here. That way you'll know in advance what your child is doing at surf camp from day-to-day.

Is Surfing the Only Activity Offered?

Absolutely not! Surfing is offered every day we're at we're at the beach, but it's just one activity among our comprehensive beach camp program. Boogie boarding, swimming, body surfing, skim boarding and many more activities are available, too. Older campers (ages 8 and up) also go jet skiing, tubing and wakeboarding on Wednesdays at Castaic Lake (free transportation is provided). If you want to see more pictures and videos of our camp activities and kids in action, check out our blog, YouTube or Facebook pages.
