Minimum Preliminary Qualifications
To be considered for employment, you must meet these baseline requirements:
- Age: At least 19 years old (rare exceptions for highly mature applicants)
- Education: Completed at least one year of college
- Driving: Clean driving record
- Screening: Participation in our drug testing program
- Water: Strong swimmer (comfort in the ocean matters)
- Experience: Prior experience working with kids
- Energy: You genuinely love the beach and being outdoors
- Training: Must complete all required pre-camp training/orientation in June
