How Transportation Works

Transportation is provided on safety-equipped, fully insured buses and vans. Campers are supervised on vehicles, and families select their preferred meeting point during registration.

  • Included: Transportation is free with enrollment
  • Supervision: Counselors ride with campers (in addition to the driver)
  • Safety: Seat belts required; vehicles are safety-equipped
  • Simple: Choose your meeting point on the registration form

Transportation FAQ

Driving is handled by contracted professional drivers and/or trained staff, depending on vehicle type and route. In most cases, there is also at least one camp counselor on board for supervision.
Review the Transportation Meeting Point Schedule (PDF) and pick the location that works best. During registration, you’ll select your meeting point in the transportation section of the form.
Yes. Seat belts are required to be worn at all times while on the vehicle.
Yes. Aloha counselors ride with campers for added supervision and support.
