Doctor's Health FormYour child's doctor must complete and submit to us a Doctor's Health Form before your child starts camp. (Even if your child has attended Aloha Beach Camp in the past, we still need a new Doctor's Health Form this year.)
Day Camp Code of Conduct FormCourtesy and respect are requirements of the camp community. All campers and their parents must sign a Day Camp Code of Conduct before starting camp. This form will be available to you on your child's registration form when signing up for camp. Even if your child attended Aloha Beach Camp in the past, we still need a new Code of Conduct Form this year.
Family Handbook |
Aloha Beach Camp's 2023 Family Handbook answers the most frequently asked questions about camp, such as what to wear and bring, transportation information, camp policies and other important details. Please review the Family Handbook with your child so you both know what to expect this summer. The Family Handbook will be available for download here and in your Parent Portal April 1.
