Aloha Beach Camp's Cheviot Hills Summer Camp
Aloha Beach Camp is a beach and surf day camp for Cheviot Hills families who want something more exciting than a traditional summer camp. Campers spend their days outdoors enjoying surfing, boogie boarding, kayaking, beach games, lake activities, ocean safety instruction, and more.
No prior beach or ocean experience is required. Our activities are instructional, age-appropriate, and taught step by step by experienced counselors who help campers feel comfortable, safe, and excited to try new things.

Beach Camp Safety
Safety is always our first priority. Aloha Beach Camp has served Los Angeles families since 1999, and our staff is trained to provide safe, supervised, age-appropriate beach and ocean activities.
Campers are closely supervised, activities are taught at an appropriate pace, and ocean conditions are considered each day before activities begin. If your child is new to the ocean or nervous about trying something new, our counselors will help them participate at a pace that feels right.
Free Transportation from Cheviot Hills Park
Cheviot Hills families do not need to drive to the beach each day. Aloha Beach Camp provides free, reliable round-trip transportation from Cheviot Hills Park on Motor Ave., right next to Rancho Park Golf Course.
Campers meet the bus in the morning and return in the afternoon. Our counselors ride with campers, supervise the bus, and help make transportation feel like part of the camp day.
During registration, simply choose the Cheviot Hills Park bus stop for your child.

Three Age-Appropriate Camp Programs
Aloha Beach Camp is divided into three age-based programs so every camper gets the right mix of supervision, instruction, independence, activities, and challenge.
Ages 4–6
Keiki Camp
A gentle introduction to beach camp, ocean play, boogie boarding, sand activities, crafts, and summer fun for younger campers.
Ages 7–10
Kahuna Camp
Surfing, boogie boarding, beach games, ocean activities, and high-energy summer fun for kids and tweens.
Ages 11–14
Nalu Camp
Ocean adventure, surfing, kayaking, paddleboarding, beach activities, and more independence for older campers and teens.
