Cheviot Hills Summer Camp

Introducing Aloha Beach Camp's Cheviot Hills Summer Camp for Kids and Teens

Cheviot Hills Summer Camp logo
Cheviot Hills kids and teens are in luck. Aloha Beach Camp just added a new bus stop at Cheviot Hills Park for summer 2023.

Aloha Beach Camp is L.A.'s #1 summer day camp for kids. We take day trips to the best local beaches and lakes where campers learn to surf, develop ocean safety skills, and participate in over 200 safe and exciting beach activities from beach hikes to BBQ cookouts and everything in between.

Maybe your child has always wanted to learn to surf, jet ski, or fish off the pier. All this and more is waiting for you here at Aloha Beach Camp this summer. And no prior beach or ocean experience is required because all the activities are age-appropriate and instructional and our camp counselors are patient, caring, and provide maximum individual attention for your child every step of the way.

Beach Camp Safety

And what about camp safety? All of our counselors are lifeguards, so you can be sure safety is a top priority!

In fact, since we started the camp in 1999, we have a 100% safety record and intend to keep it that way. (As we always say, if it's not safe we're not gonna do it, and if it's not fun we're not gonna do it for very long! :)

More About Beach Camp Safety

Free Transportation from Cheviot Hills Park

One of the questions parents often have is how to get their kids to camp. Nothing to worry about here! Aloha Beach Camp is L.A.'s only beach and surf camp that provides free, convenient and reliable round-trip transportation for Cheviot Hills kids every day.Campers meet the bus each morning and afternoon at Cheviot Hills Park on Motor Ave., directly adjacent to the Rancho Park Golf Course. The morning meeting time is 8:30 AM and the afternoon drop off (where you will meet your camper after the camp day ends) 4:45.Couldn't be easier, but if you have and questions about our Cheviot Hills summer camp bus service, please let us know because we're happy to help :)

Convenient Day-by-Day Enrollment

Now here's something you'll really love. Aloha Beach Camp pioneered the "day-by-day enrollment" concept, which means you can send your child to camp whenever you want with no advance sessions or long-term enrollment commitments to conform to. You can sign up for a day here, a day there, and/or any combination of days or weeks you want. In fact, with no minimum enrollment commitment, you can even sign up for just a day or two and add more later if you want. Or you can just stick with a day or two and that will be that...it's totally up to you how much or how little you send your child to camp, and you are always in control of picking which days they'll be. This flexibility will always be available to you when signing up for Aloha Beach Camp.
