Terms & Conditions: Early Enrollment Program (50% Off)

Eligibility

All families are eligible to participate in the Early Enrollment Program. Each family may purchase up to ten (10), 10-day packages at the discounted rate, subject to availability.

Prepayment

Prepayment is required to lock in the 50% discount. Packages must be purchased in full at the time of enrollment.

Package Details

  • 10-Day Packages: Sold in blocks of 10 days at 50% off our regular daily rate.
  • No need to choose specific camp days at purchase — you’ll select them in spring 2026 (we’ll remind you when it’s time).
  • Families may buy multiple packages (capacity permitting).

Selecting Camp Days

Specific camp days are selected in spring 2026. Days can be used on any standard camp day, subject to space. We’ll notify families when it’s time to choose days.

Non-Transferability

Packages cannot be shared, transferred, or combined between siblings or friends. Each camper must have their own package(s).

Unused Days

There are no refunds for unused days. Any unused days will automatically roll over as a credit for Summer 2027 and must be used by the end of that summer.

Refunds & Dropped Days

  • Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted by May 1, 2026. No refunds or credits will be issued for requests received after May 1, 2026.
  • Full Package Cancellation: If you cancel your whole package, a full refund will be issued on May 1, 2026. Refunds are not processed before that date.
  • Dropped Days: If you reduce your package (for example, from 10 days down to 8), the remaining days will be recalculated at the current daily rate at the time of the change. This means you lose the 50% discount benefit on the days you keep.
  • Refund Timing: Any refund for dropped days will also be issued on May 1, 2026, not earlier.

Tip: For best value, it’s almost always better to keep your full package and either use the days, roll them over to 2027, or cancel the entire package for a full refund by May 1, 2026.

Registration Fee

The $50 registration fee is included in all Early Enrollment packages. You will not pay this fee again when you officially enroll or select dates in late spring.

Enrollment Change Plan

Every package includes our Enrollment Change Plan, which allows unlimited free schedule changes throughout Summer 2026 (subject to space).

Offer Window

The Early Enrollment Program ends on September 14, 2026 or when all available 50%-off packages are sold out, whichever comes first.
