Terms and Conditions: Discount Programs

Eligibility

All families are eligible to participate in the discount programs, including the Early Enrollment Program and Black Friday & Cyber Monday offers. Each family may purchase up to ten (10) 10-day packages.

Prepayment

Prepayment is required for all discount tiers, including the 50% Early Enrollment discount, 30% Black Friday & Cyber Monday 5-day package, and 15% Black Friday & Cyber Monday single-day packages. Payments are 100% refundable if you cancel before May 1, 2025.

Package Selection

  • 10-Day Packages: Available at a 50% discount through the Early Enrollment Program or as part of Black Friday & Cyber Monday deals.
  • 5-Day Packages: Available at a 30% discount during the Black Friday & Cyber Monday sale.
  • 1-4 Days: Available at $145/day (our biggest daily discount) during the Black Friday & Cyber Monday sale.

Families do not need to select specific camp days at the time of purchase. Specific dates can be chosen during May 2025.

Non-Transferability

Packages cannot be shared, transferred, or combined between siblings or friends. Each camper must purchase their own package(s).

Unused Days

  • Unused days from summer 2024 cannot be applied to any of the discount programs for summer 2025.
  • Any unused days from purchased packages (Early Enrollment or Black Friday & Cyber Monday deals) will roll over as a credit for summer 2026. Credits must be used by the end of summer 2026 and are not refundable for cash or credit.
  • Refunds for unused days from summer 2025 will be issued on May 1, 2026, if requested.

Registration Fee

The $50 registration fee is included in all discount packages. Families will not need to pay this fee again when officially enrolling or selecting camp days next May.

Enrollment Change Plan

All discount packages include a free Enrollment Change Plan, allowing unlimited changes to your child’s camp schedule during summer 2025 at no additional cost.

Refund Policy

Refunds for prepaid fees can be requested at any time before May 1, 2025. Refunds for unused days from summer 2025 will be issued on May 1, 2026, if requested.

Offer Expiration

  • The Early Enrollment Program discount expired on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, or when all available packages were sold out.
  • The Black Friday & Cyber Monday sale expires on Monday, December 2, 2024, or when all available packages are sold out.
