Terms and Conditions: Early Enrollment Program
- Eligibility: This offer is available to all families, with a limit of ten (10), 10-day packages per family.
- Prepayment: To secure the 50% discount, prepayment is required. Payments are 100% refundable if you decide to cancel by May 1, 2025.
- Package Selection: Each package includes 10 days of camp. Days do not need to be selected at the time of purchase. Families will choose their specific days in May 2025.
- Non-Transferability: Packages cannot be shared, transferred, or combined between siblings or friends. Each camper must purchase their own package(s).
- Unused Days: Any unused days from summer 2024 cannot be applied to the Early Enrollment Program for summer 2025. However, any unused days from the Early Enrollment package will carry over to the following summer (2026) as a credit and must be used by the end of that summer.
- Registration Fee: The $50 registration fee is included in this offer, so there is no need to pay it again when officially enrolling or selecting days next May.
- Enrollment Change Plan: This offer includes a free Enrollment Change Plan, which allows unlimited changes to your child’s schedule during the summer at no additional cost.
- Refund Policy: Refunds for prepaid fees can be requested at any time. However, refunds will not be issued until May 1, 2025.
- Offer Expires Soon: This offer expires on September 16, 2024, or when all discounted packages are sold out, whichever comes first.
