FAQ: 50% Discount Early Enrollment Program for Summer Camp 2025

1. What is the Early Enrollment Program?

Every year, as camp wraps up and the school year begins, we offer our best discount ever: 50% off next summer’s camp tuition. This is a limited-time offer for families who want to secure their spot early at a significantly reduced rate. It’s perfect for returning campers or new families looking to try Aloha Beach Camp.

2. What are the camp rates with the 50% discount?

Our regular camp rates next year will be $192 per child per day. With the 50% Early Enrollment discount, the cost is just $96 per day. This is an incredible opportunity to secure your spot at half the price!

3. How do I purchase a package? What are the requirements?

Each Early Enrollment package is sold in groups of 10 camp days, at a cost of $960 per package. You can purchase as many packages as you like, up to ten (10), 10-day packages per family. The only requirement is that you prepay now to take advantage of the 50% discount.

4. Do we have to pick our days now?

No, you’re only purchasing days in 10-day increments now. You won’t need to choose specific dates until May. We’ll send you a reminder when it’s time to select your days for next summer.

5. What if our summer plans change?

We understand plans can change, which is why we offer a 100% refund if you need to cancel for any reason. You can request a refund at any time, but please note that refunds will be issued on May 1, 2025.

6. Does this include transportation?

Yes, the Early Enrollment discount includes transportation. When you select your camp days, you’ll also be able to choose your camper’s bus stop.

7. Can we share a 10-day package with a sibling or friend?

Unfortunately, no. Because these packages are so deeply discounted and planned based on next year’s enrollment projections and beach use fees, each camper must have their own package. They cannot be transferred or shared.

8. What if we have unused days from this summer? Can they be applied to the Early Enrollment Program?

No, any unused days from this summer cannot be credited toward the Early Enrollment Program. For example, if you have 3 unused days but want to purchase a 10-day 50% off package, you’ll need to purchase the full 10-day package. Your 3 unused days will still be credited separately, giving you 13 days for next summer.

9. Does this include the $50 registration fee?

Yes, this offer includes the $50 registration fee, so you won’t need to pay that again when you officially enroll or choose your days next May. Your camper will also receive a t-shirt and rash guard on the first day of camp next year.

10. Can we change our days once we pick them next summer?

Yes, once you’ve chosen your 10 days, you can make changes if needed. This offer includes a free Enrollment Change Plan, allowing unlimited schedule changes throughout the summer at no additional cost.

11. Can we share this offer with a friend?

Absolutely! You can share this offer with up to 5 friends.

12. What if we don’t use all our days next summer?

If you purchase a 10-day package but don’t use all your days, any remaining days will carry over to the following summer as a credit. These rollover days must be used the next summer, as they will expire at the end of that season.

13. When does this offer expire?

The Early Enrollment offer expires on September 16, 2024, or when all the packages are sold out—whichever comes first.
