FAQ: “Back to School” Super Early Bird Discount

A simple way to save big on camp. Prepay for a discounted package now, then choose your actual camp days later—fully refundable through May 1, 2026.

1) What is the “Back to School” Early Bird Discount? ▾

It’s our once-a-year sale where families can buy camp days at half the regular price. You purchase a package now during the sale window, then use your days anytime next summer. It’s designed for parents who like to plan ahead but still want flexibility.

How it works:
  • Packages are sold in 10-day blocks at 50% off.
  • You do not need to select your specific dates yet.
  • Use your days on any regular camp day next summer (subject to space).
2) What are the camp rates with this discount? ▾

Our regular rate will be at least $198/day next summer. During this sale, a 10-day package is $990 total—that’s $99/day (50% off) for each day included in the 10-day package.

  • Each package = 10 camp days at the discounted rate.
  • You can purchase more than one package if you’d like additional days.
3) Is the Early Enrollment Program still available? ▾

Yes. The Early Enrollment Program runs through September 14, 2026, or until we sell out of our half-price packages—whichever happens first. We set aside a limited number of these discounts so we can maintain great staff-to-camper ratios.

4) Do I need to prepay? ▾

Yes. Prepayment is what locks in the 50% discount. We know plans can change, so your purchase is 100% refundable through May 1, 2026. If anything comes up—no problem—just let us know by that date for a full refund.

5) Do we have to pick our camp days now? ▾

No. Think of this like buying a bundle of discounted day passes. You’ll select your actual days in spring 2026 when your family’s summer schedule is clearer. We’ll send a reminder and an easy link to choose dates.

  • Choose any standard program day (subject to availability).
  • You can split your 10 days across different weeks.
  • We’re here to help you plan if you want suggestions.
6) Can a package be shared between siblings or friends? ▾

Packages are for one camper and can’t be shared, transferred, or combined. This helps us manage capacity fairly and ensure each camper gets the same great experience.

If you have multiple children, you’re welcome to purchase a package for each child.

7) What if we don’t use all our days? ▾

We build in a safety net. If you don’t use every day next summer, your unused days roll over as a credit toward Summer 2027 and must be used by the end of that summer.

Prefer a refund instead? We offer refunds for unused days on May 1, 2026. Just reach out by that date and we’ll take care of you.

8) Does the $50 registration fee apply? ▾

Good news: the $50 registration fee is included in the 50%-off packages. When you officially enroll and pick dates later, you won’t pay this fee again.

9) Can we change our days later? ▾

Yes. Your package includes our Enrollment Change Plan, which allows unlimited free schedule changes throughout Summer 2026 (subject to space). We know family calendars move, so this keeps things easy.

10) When does the sale end? ▾

The sale ends on September 14, 2026 or when all discounted packages are sold—whichever comes first. Once we hit our cap, the 50% price goes away so we can keep groups small and the experience personal. Limited Quantity
